Dispatch and delivery

Items packed and sent by Glitchy But Cute are dispatched within 1–3 working days of your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Dispatch time is the time we need before handing your parcel to the carrier; delivery time is additional.

Print-on-demand products

Our print-on-demand products are made and sent by our production partner, Gelato. The 1–3 working day dispatch estimate for items we pack ourselves does not apply to these products. Please contact hey@glitchybutcute.com before ordering if you need an item for a particular date.

Delivery options and charges

Available destinations, delivery options and charges depend on the items in your basket and your delivery address, and are displayed at checkout before payment. The UK Standard Shipping option has an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days after dispatch. Other services have their own estimates. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders sent separately

If your basket includes items sent by us and items made by our production partner, they may arrive in separate parcels at different times. Check the delivery options and total shipping charge shown at checkout.

Delays and delivery problems

If your order has not arrived within its expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number so we can help. Your statutory rights relating to delivery and faulty goods are not affected. Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or your nominated recipient, unless you independently arrange a carrier we have not offered.
