Returns and refunds

Changing your mind

Our voluntary returns window lets you request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For returns outside your statutory cancellation rights, items must be unused, with tags where supplied, and in their original packaging. Personalised items and gift cards are excluded from this additional voluntary offer. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Your right to cancel

For UK online purchases, you can normally cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after receipt, then returning the goods within a further 14 days. You can inspect an item as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, where the law allows. Sale items retain the same statutory rights. Any mandatory rights that apply in your country, including EU cancellation rights where applicable, remain unaffected.

How to return an item

Contact us for return instructions. You can exercise a statutory cancellation right by any clear statement; it does not depend on us approving the request. Send returns to:

You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please package the goods securely and keep proof of posting. If we supply a paid return label for convenience, we will explain and agree its cost with you first. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. This policy does not limit your legal rights to a refund, repair or replacement. Personalisation or a sale price does not remove rights relating to faults.

Personalised and made-to-order products

Statutory change-of-mind cancellation exceptions may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. An item is not excluded simply because a standard design is printed after you order. Any applicable exception will be explained before purchase.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. For statutory cancellation, we refund without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier. Where no goods have been supplied, we refund within 14 days after being informed of cancellation. For a cancelled order, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge; an upgrade above the cheapest standard delivery option is not refundable under the cancellation rules. For returns under our additional 30-day offer, we aim to refund within 10 business days of accepting the returned goods. Your bank may take additional time to display the payment.
